Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and handed over to our carrier within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will ship by the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delays & Force Majeure
While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, all delivery times are estimates. We aren't liable for carrier delays, customs processing, strikes, or events outside our control.

International Customs
For orders outside EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country and shipping options. These are your responsibility. If you refuse to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, we need to deduct the return shipping cost and administrative fees from your refund.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address, and add email and mobile phone number! We cannot be responsible for non-delivery or lost packages if the address provided was incorrect.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your product as soon as it arrives. If it is damaged, you must report it to us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can help you. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
